What will the NBA draft look like? The 2020 NBA draft takes place on Wednesday, November 18th, almost half a year after the usual draft pick for the NBA. In 2019, It took place on June 20th, and in 2018, June 21st. What does this mean for the season start?
The 2020 NBA draft will be held on Wednesday, November 18th at ESPN’s facilities in Bristol, Connecticut. The draft will be held over video conferencing. The Minnesota Timberwolves have the number one pick followed by The Golden State Warriors with the second pick and the Charlotte Hornets with the third pick. After the top three there are the Chicago Bulls at four. The Cleveland Cavaliers at five. The Atlanta Hawks at six. The Detroit Pistons at seven. The New York Knicks at eight. The Washington Wizards at nine. The Phoenix Suns at ten. The San Antonio Spurs at eleven. The Sacramento Kings at twelve. The New Orleans Pelicans at thirteen the Boston Celtics at fourteen.
