Imagine dropping an album and within the first twenty-four hours, almost all of the fourteen songs that are on the album are on the Billboard Hot 100. This is no one other than Drake who is no stranger to the rap game with multiple platinum projects and holding the number one song in the world for over two weeks with God’s Plan.
It is not just his records that go platinum either, he is featured in many other songs and he was known as the king of rap for a little because every song would either go gold or platinum very quickly. One of his most popular features was on Travis Scott’s ASTROWORLD, which debuted at Number 1 and got nominated for two different Grammy’s. Sicko Mode which featured Drake and Swae Lee got nominated for the best rap song of 2018.
The most looked forward to track on Drakes’s newest album, which is called Dark Lane Demo Tapes. Was Pain 1993 with Playboi Carti was the most streamed song on the album because Playboi Carti has not dropped an official album since 2018. But the most popular song on the album so far is Toosie Slide, which was released as a single before and has been very popular with dances on TikTok.
Drakes’s most popular song is Money in the Grave featuring Rick Ross. I think this was pretty good, I would give it seven out of ten. My favorite songs were probably D4L and Landed but there were more good ones. This album also has a lot of features such as Chris Brown, Future, Young Thug, Playboi Carti, and a few others. This album was released on May 1, 2020 and we could probably see Drake touring on this album maybe next year or when it is okay to have concerts again.
